What is your return policy for fragile items?
We take great care in packaging your items. However, if an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We offer a 30-day return policy for most unused items in their original packaging.

Currently, The Gift Baskett ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
